Return Policy

At TheTrendSnapper, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or returned after the 30-day period may not qualify for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may be non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact our support team at thetrendsnapper@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
